Private properties are responsible for maintaining their stormwater facilities. Skagit county Stormwater Coordinator, Jason Quigley, will explain municipal regulations, then Reilly Russell from TRICO Companies will explain how stormwater systems work and what maintenance needs to be done. After they spend some time answering your questions, we'll walk over to view a nearby system and answer more questions.
