- Volunteer water quality monitoring for priority Skagit County watersheds.
Shellfish
Monitoring Program
- Volunteers monitor local recreational shellfish beaches to assure they are
safe for public shellfish harvesting. Samples are tested for Paralytic
Shellfish Poisoning (PSP). Includes two-day training event in late April and
sampling approx. twice a month during summer low tides.
