SCD Annual Plant Sale - Volunteers work along SCD staff to fill orders for landowners purchasing native vegetation at the Plant Material Center, 16564 Bradley Road, in Bow.  March of each year.

PURPOSE OF THE ANNUAL NATIVE PLANT SALE

- to promote conservation of our natural resources.  Tree and shrub plantings improve water quality, enhance fish and wildlife habitat, reduce wind and soil erosion, clean the air, reduce energy costs, and beautify your property.

- to support the SCD’s education programs such as the 6th Grade Conservation Tour, Annual Poster Contest, Local and State Envirothon for high school students, Arbor Day and Earth Day events, the Treeture Program, and staff support to local schools.
