Skagit Conservation District Annual Recognition Banquet

The banquet recognizes individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions towards conservation and natural resource enhancement in Skagit County.  Held at Hillcrest Park Lodge in Mount Vernon in September of each year..

INSPIRATIONAL AWARD - awarded to a local individual who has made a significant difference in our community.

COOPERATOR OF THE YEAR - awarded each year to a rural landowner who has furthered conservation through the establishment and maintenance of soil, water, and nutrient management practices.

FORESTRY COOPERATOR OF THE YEAR - awarded to forest landowners in Skagit Count who have done an outstanding job managing their woodlot.
