Watershed Masters Volunteer Training Program - 40 hour training program which covers a variety of watershed and water quality related topics presented by local resource professionals.  Includes field tours.

Target Audience: local residents

Date or month/time of year:  Training held in the Fall (Sept. - Nov), however, quarterly workshops, field trips, and other events are held year round.

 

Conservation District Forestry Program  - Technical assistance for the non-industrial private forest landowner to develop a Forest Conservation Plan.  Forest Conservation Planning services are free of charge and provide information and advice; and assistance in managing forestland for a variety of resource values in a way that best fits the landowners' management objectives.

 

On-Site Sewage System Maintenance Public Workshops - Free workshops given by the Skagit County Health Department about use and care of home septic systems.

 

Technical Assistance for Commercial Agricultural Operations

Target Audience:  Commercial agricultural producers
